A device for processing numbers relates to computer engineering and can be used for processing numbers, which value is preset by number of pulses. Due to introduction of new nodes and new connections functional capabilities of the device are enhanced by means of formation of corresponding characteristic for each of operands in the process of comparison thereof with external processing threshold. |
