An optic microscope illuminator consists of integrating sphere having a diameter of from 50 to and an exit aperture with diameter of from 5 to 250 mm. The sphere inner surface is covered with a material to provide diffused scattering of downward radiation with reflection coefficient from 0.5 to 0.9999, in front of holes on the sphere surface there are from 1 to 128 radiation sources as incandescent lamps, halogen-filled lamps, gas-discharge lamps, light-emitting diodes or laser diodes with diffusing screens. |
