METHOD FOR ASSESSING SEVERITY OF PATIENT'S STATE AND MANAGEMENT IN DAMAGE CONTROL MODE

A method for assessing the severity of the patient's state and management in "damage control" mode has been proposed. The integral scale adapted to the practical health care is used for entering the patient's parameters (physical state, intra-operative criteria) scored in points. The total sum of points is calculated for assessing the severity of the patient's state and the feasibility of managing the patient in "damage control" mode representing the tactics for stage-by-stage treatment with in-treatment adjustment when necessary.
