PURPOSE: A system for exhausting foaming gas of a foaming mold is provided to improve the durability of a foamed panel by minimizing air gaps occurred in a foamed layer of the foamed panel. CONSTITUTION: A system for exhausting foaming gas of a foaming mold comprises multiple gas exhaust holes(310) and a gas exhaust unit(130). The gas exhaust holes are formed in a core(300). The gas exhaust unit is installed in an upper mold(120) and generates vacuum. The gas exhaust unit inhales gas from the gas exhaust holes and discharges the inhaled gas. When a foaming solution is foamed, the gas exhaust unit discharges the foamed gas through the gas exhaust holes. |
