PURPOSE: A structure of a multi view 3D display panel is provided to improve the sharpness of image by changing arrangement of the interlaced flat vision pattern, magnifying an effective image angle, and eliminating an image jumping phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A lens array layer(10) crossly arranges unit block lenses(11). An interlace layer(30) is located in a focal distance under the lens array layer. A focal distance assuring layer(20) positions the interlace layer in the focal distance of the lens array layer. The interlace layer is recorded in multiview and matches a center of a unit image with the center of the unit block lens using an image interlaced to a rectangular shape as the unit image.
