PURPOSE: A warhead recovery block using waste resources is provided to prevent casualties caused by a bouncing of a warhead because a warhead recovery block is installed in the inner wall of a shooting range when a user shoots in a limited space such as a shooting range. CONSTITUTION: A warhead recovery block using waste resources comprises a body(10). The body comprises a base materials(10a) and a fiber materials(10c). The base materials are mixed with the fiber materials preventing damages of the base materials. A plurality of voids(11) is formed in the inner side of the body.
