PURPOSE: A transfer paper and a transfer method of a laser printer using the same are provided to maintain the natural properties of materials by employing polyester films, polyurethane films, or polyamide hot melt films. CONSTITUTION: A transfer paper comprises a paper base(10), a polyethylene coating layer(20) which is coated on the front side of the paper base to a thickness of 5-30μm, a silicon coating layer(30) which is coated on the upper side of the polyethylene coating layer to a thickness of 0.1-30μm in order to transfer a desired image without afterimage using delamination, and a protective layer(40) which is laminated on the rear side of the paper base.
