ELISA SYSTEM AND THE KIT ON THE N3 PROTEIN OF LOW PATHOGENIC AVIAN INFLUENZA VIRUS

PURPOSE: A composition for detecting N3 protein of low pathogenic avian influenza virus is provided to accurately distinguish H9N2 positive group and H9N3 vaccine group. CONSTITUTION: A composition for detecting neuraminidase N3 protein of low pathogenic avian influenza virus contains a complementary monoclonal antibody of sequence number 2. An ELISA kit for detecting neuraminidase N3 protein of low pathogenic avian influenza virus contains the composition. An ELISA method for detecting the neuraminidase N3 protein comprises: a step of binding neuraminidase N3 protein antigen of sequence number 1 to a plate; and a step of binding the complementary monoclonal antibody to a blood sample and neuraminidase N3 protein.
