PURPOSE: A lower protection tube for an ultra high voltage cable connection box is provided to reduce raw material costs of the lower protection tube by using a copper plate. CONSTITUTION: The center of a copper plate(26) is located in one end of a metal forming body. The metal forming body rotates with the copper plate. The copper plate is extended from the center to the end of the metal forming body to be closely adhered to the outer circumference. The extended copper plate is a copper tube of the metal forming body type and both sides thereof are cut. The copper tube and a flange are separated from the metal forming body. The outer diameter of one side of the metal forming body is larger than the outer diameter of the other side of the metal forming body.
