PURPOSE: A lower protection tube for an ultra high voltage cable connection box is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by forming the lower protection tube with a copper plate. CONSTITUTION: The center of a circular copper plate(26) is located in one end of a metal forming body. The metal forming body rotates with the copper plate. The copper plate is extended from the center to the end of the metal forming body to be closely adhered to the outer circumference. Both sides of the extended copper plate are cut and a copper pipe is separated from the metal copper plate. A flange casted with brass is welded with the copper tube.
