PURPOSE: A flat display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase an adhesion effect by widening a contact area between a first bank and a second bank which receive a second sealing member. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pixels are formed on a first substrate. A second substrate faces a surface with the plurality of pixels on the first substrate. A first sealing member(110) is interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and seals the first substrate and the second substrate. A first bank(320a) is formed on the first substrate. A second bank is formed on the second substrate and faces the first bank. A second sealing member(130) is interposed between the first bank and the second bank.
