FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed seal arrangement comprises cap with outlet branch pipe fitted tightly on seal case, envelopment with neck whereon seal element is fitted made up of ring collar and cavity for working fluid isolated from said envelopment and arrangement case. Envelopment neck diameter is smaller than its diameter while neck annular collar is arranged on neck wall inner surface and jointed therewith by web. Web thickness is, at least, equal to neck wall thickness. Annular groove is made between annular collar outer surface and neck wall inner surface. Envelopment neck is tightly fitted by means of clip on cover to allow working fluid access to envelopment outer surface, while ledges are arranged on cover and clip to allow their relative displacement. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability. ^ 3 cl, 4 dwg
