FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for breaking icicles along the roof perimeter comprises a mechanism of contact and power impact realisation directly with every separate icicle, made as a system of rigid rectilinear rods that freely hang down along the roof edge at a certain pitch distance. Rods consist of several sections of a steel wire connected with the ends with each other via narrow plates from an alloy with effect of thermomechanical shape memory with different temperature thresholds of actuation in the temperature range of -5C +5C of active icicle formation. The mechanism is placed along the roof edge. ^ EFFECT: invention makes it possible to automate the device working process. ^ 2 dwg |
