FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for synthesis of 2-substituted azole ^ compounds of formula , (a) reaction of an aldehyde of formula ^ with an azole of formula in the presence of a carbonylating agent of formula to obtain an oxazolidone of formula , reaction of the oxazolidone of formula (Ia) so as to perform hydrolysis of a triarylmethyl group, splitting the O-(C=Q) bond and opening the oxazolidone, followed by reaction of the obtained intermediate compound with Prot-Z, where Prot-Z is an agent which protects an amino group, to obtain an azole-containing intermediate compound of formula (lb) and and oxidation of the intermediate compound of formula (Ib) to obtain a 2-substituted azole derivative of formula (I).
