Powder mix containing powder of aluminium allow and porophore are laid in one or several layers in a container. The latter is heated and hot-rolled at 20-130 MPa to produce a billet. The latter is placed in foaming mould, heated therein and foamed for 0.5-2.0 min to produce an article. Said mould is with foamed article cooled down.
