FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery and otolaryngology, and can be applied before carrying out surgery in area of nasopharynx and pharynx. After that, patient is laid on back. Under endotracheal anesthesia, with application of mouth-extender and endoscope, after tamponade of laryngopharynx, into nasal passages introduced is olive, through which alternately under pressure introduced is solution of antiseptic with temperature 33.0-36.0C. Flowing of solution through nasal cavity and nasopharynx is controlled by means of endoscope with angle of observation 70. After that, curved metal tip of aspirator is introduced into mouth opening into nasopharynx and operated folded surface of pharyngeal tonsil is cleaned from mucus, pus and caseous masses. Process of cleaning is also controlled by endoscope. After that, through mouth opening into pharynx introduced is solution of antiseptic, and palatine tonsils and back pharyngeal wall are washed alternately. Tip of aspirator is introduced into pharynx cavity and simultaneously introduced liquid is evacuated together with pathologic discharge from hollows and fissures of pharynx mucosa. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to considerably reduce risk of development of post-operative complications due to creation of adequate aseptic conditions in case of surgery in said area. ^ 2 ex |
