FIELD: sports. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for training players and sportsmen, in particular, to methods for training football players, hockey players, basketball players and other players, where good coordination and perfect skills of sport objects mastering are required. The method to train players and sportsmen with a gymnastic apparatus on a playing field including a training session on the field with a controlled dynamically lit illumination setting permitted zones, where a sportsman should stay holding a sport object, and position, shape and area of permitted zones are changed unexpectedly for the sportsman. Besides, changing zones and the training mode may be set by the trainer manually or with a software and hardware complex. On the sportsman ability to continuously stay in the permitted zone and hold its sports object there, growth of the sportsman skill and efficiency of training sessions are estimated. ^ EFFECT: method provides for multiple-choice modelling of complicated play situations, which makes it possible to achieve high efficiency of training sessions. ^ 1 cl |
