PURPOSE: A dispersing agent for protecting organic material precipitation is provided to improve dispersion effect with maintaining the inherent taste of makgeoli. CONSTITUTION: A dispersing agent for protecting organic material precipitation comprises 60-80 weight% of Xanthan Gum, and 20-40 weight% of a dispersion enhancer for thickness stability. The dispersion enhancer comprises one of Arabic gum, guar gum, Gellan gum, CMC-Na, CMC-Ca, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC), and their mixtures.
