The clamp (1) has a tab (4) comprising an anchoring member (5) that cooperates with an elastic fin (6) provided in an insertion hole (7) of the tab in a structure (3) to hold an element (2) in an assembled position. The element comprises two holding positions at the structure. Another anchoring member (8) is engaged with an edge (9) of the hole to retain the element in one of the holding positions during a shock on the structure, where the latter anchoring member is provided at a free end of the tab. An independent claim is also included for a cover for a door panel, comprising a fixing clip.
