PURPOSE: A vapor permeability/water proof functional fabric is provided to enable thermal control and to be used in general clothes. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a functional fabric using temperature-controlled core-sheath composite fiber comprises: a step of absorbing phase change material into polyolefin-based polymers to prepare a master batch; and a step of conjugate-spinning; and a step of mixing the phase change material into a fabric core part.
