PORTABLE VERTICAL-AXIS WIND TURBINE USING A MULTITUDE OF STRAIGHT-BLADED VERTICAL-AXIS WIND BLADES

摘要

PURPOSE: A portable vertical-axis wind turbine using a multitude of straight-bladed vertical-axis blades is provided to enhance safety and durability by synthesizing and connecting the torque of all blades with only a saw-toothed wheel of a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A portable vertical-axis wind turbine using a multitude of straight-bladed vertical-axis blades comprises two and three vertical-axis blades, a container, a wind turbine axis saw-toothed wheel, a saw-toothed wheel, and a hood. A plurality of saw-toothed wheels are installed in the container. The saw-toothed wheels connect the vertical-axis blades to driving units. A space separating plate is installed in the container and wind can be maintained without scattering. The container is formed in a module shape. The hood can manually control the amount of wind sent to a vertical-axis aerogenerator.
