<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a finned tube for an HRSG(Heat Recovery Steam Generator) using VM12-SHC tubes is provided to secure a finned tube for an HRSG with uniform properties by accurately defining the standards of raw materials and welding conditions. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a finned tube for an HRSG comprises a step of roughly grinding the exterior surface of a long tube(100) made of a VM12-SHC material and a step of spirally winding a band-type fin around the ground tube and welding with high-frequency wave while rotating the ground tube. The fin comprises a root(210) which is welded to a tube and a plurality of segments(220) which are extended from the root. The outer diameter of the tube is limited to 26.9-76mm. The segment height(SH) of the fin is maintained at 8-25.4mm, the thickness(T) of the fin is limited to 0.8-1.5mm, and the segment width(SW) is maintained at 3.8-4.4mm.</p> |
