ROASTED-SEASONED LAVER USING ONION SALTS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Seasoned laver using onion salt, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the flavor of the laver using perilla seed oil and the onion salt. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of seasoned laver comprises the following steps: coating the surface of the laver with oil containing 10-15wt% of perilla seed oil, and firstly roasting at 250-280 deg C; sprinkling the onion salt containing 10-30wt% of onion powder on the laver; and secondly roasting the seasoned laver at 250-280 deg C.
