PURPOSE: A complex water treating apparatus based on bubble effect and a raw water inducing pipe are provided to reduce the discharging amount of contaminated water by effectively precipitating and concentrating contaminants. CONSTITUTION: A complex water treating apparatus includes a treating bath(12), a plurality of filtering modules, a raw water inducing pipe(32), an air generator(40), a filtering pump, and a plurality of washing pumps. The filtering modules are composed of filtering members(22) which are installed in the treating bath. Filtration and washing are respectively implemented in respective filtering module. The air generator supplies air to the filtering members. The filtering pump supplies filtered water to an overflow chamber. The washing pumps are correspondingly installed to filtered water supplying pipes. A part of the filtered water is sucked by the washing pump to wash the filtering members.
