<p>Copolyamide comprising units derived from polycondensation reaction of precursors comprising (a) terephthalic acid, (b) hexamethylenedimine, and (c) an amino-carboxylic acid and/or a lactam comprising a main chain and at least one branching alkyl, where the total number of carbon atom of amino-carboxylic acid and/or lactam (c) is 12-36, (d) optionally amino carboxylic acid and/or lactam different from (c), (e) optionally dicarboxylic acid different from (a), and (f) diamine different from (c), is claimed. Independent claims are included for: (1) a preparation of the copolyamide comprising polycondensation of the precursor comprising (a), (b), (c), optionally (d), (e) and (f); and (2) a composition comprising the copolyamide.</p> |
