PURPOSE: An external use skin composition containing natural plant ingredients is provided to ensure anti-inflammation and skin moisturizing effect. CONSTITUTION: An external use skin composition containing egosaponin is prepared by mixing 5.0 weight parts of Styrax japonicus Siebold & Zucc fruit extract fermentation liquid, 2.0 weight parts of ginkgo fruit extract fermentation liquid, 0.61 weight parts of betamethasone valeric acid, 1.0 weight part of sulfuric acid gentamycin, and 1.0 weight part of chlorocresol in a conventional skin external use base.
