PURPOSE: A photo-curable resin composition with a superior fire retardant characteristic and a photo-curable sheet material including thereof are provided to be used as enforcement or repair materials, insulating material, or heat insulating material while maintaining excellent fire retardant characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A photo-curable resin composition comprises 18-40 parts by weight of epoxy acrylate resin, 23-53 parts by weight of more than 2 types of flame retardants selected from halogen based flame retardant, phosphorus based flame retardant, nitrogen-based flame retardant, and inorganic flame retardant, 0.001-1 parts by weight of phosphine based photo initiator, 0.001-1 parts by weight of alpha-hydroxy ketone based photo initiator, 0.001-1 parts by weight of fumed silica, 20-50 parts by weight of glass fiber, 0.001-1 parts by weight of viscosity depressant, 0.001-1 parts by weight of antifoaming agent, 0.001-0.5 parts by weight of reactive diluents, and 0.001-0.5 parts by weight of silane coupling agent.
