NON-CRACKING REPAIR MORTAR CONTAINING HYBRID FIBERS AND METHOD FOR REPAIRING CONCRETE STRUCTURES USING NON-CRACKING REPAIR MORTAR

PURPOSE: A crack-free repair mortar and a repairing method of concrete structure using thereof are provided to control incidence of crack by including various reinforcing fibers and uniformly diffusing the fibrous reinforcement on the mortar using a vibration mixer. CONSTITUTION: A crack-free repair mortar comprises 20.0-55.0 parts by weight of binder, 0.5-2.5 parts by weight of shrinkage reducing agent, 0.1-1.5 parts by weight of fibrous reinforcement, 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of admixture, and 30.0-65.0 parts by weight of aggregate. The fibrous reinforcement comprises 0.02-0.06 parts by weight of Ethylene Vinyl Acetate(EVA), 0.03-0.3 parts by weight of wood fiber, 0.02-0.4 parts by weight of polypropylene(PP), and 0.03-0.74 parts by weight of steel fiber. The PP includes 50% of PP with 6mm length and 18micro-meters in diameter and 50% of PP with 12mm length and 18micro-meters in diameter. The steel fiber includes 50% of steel fiber with 30mm length and 300micro-meters in diameter and 50% steel fiber with 40mm length and 300micro-meters in diameter.
