PURPOSE: An organic fertilizer using ash which is obtained by burning excretion and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to recycle waste excrements as fuel and reproduce remained ash as organic fertilizer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an organic fertilizer comprises the following steps: manufacturing solid fuel by mixing additives with pulverized excretion sludge; obtaining powder from the solid fuel by operating boiler of heating system(S140); mixing ash which is obtained by burning rice chaff, diatomaceous earth, loess, bentonite, kaoline, and clay with the ash; and heat drying the ash mixture(S150). The organic fertilizer comprises 5-15 weight% of rice chaff burnt ash, 3-7 weight% of diatomite, 1-5 weight% of bentonite, 1-5 weight% of kaoline, and 1-5 weight% of clay based on 100 weight% of the excretion sludge mixture. The solid fuel comprises 13-17 weight% of anthracite coal, 1-3 weight% of coal, 1-2 weight% of diatomite, 1-2 weight% of loess, 1-2 weight% of rice chaff, and 1-3 weight% of sawdust based on the 100 weight% of excretion sludge mixture.
