<p>PURPOSE: A method for selectively detecting mutant and a kit used from the same are provided to ensure sensitivity and specificity. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting PIK3CA gene mutant comprises: a step of performing real-time PCR of PIK3CA genes under the presence of a PIK3CA gene clamping primer set for amplifying PIK3CA exon 9 or exon 20 and a PNA clamping probe which complementarily binds to exon 9 or exon 20 wild type; and a step of analyzing gene amplification to determine presence or concentration of the mutant. The probe has 15-20 mer bases. The method is used for diagnosing colon cancer, lung cancer, stomach cancer, head squamous cell carcinoma, glioblastoma, ovarian cancer, or breast cancer.</p> |
