PURPOSE: A marker group for determining 17-beta estradiol exposure and a microarray chip are provided to ensure excellent detection sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A marker group for determining 17-beta estradiol exposure contains genes of registration No. NM_004725, NM_000269, NM_005956, AF141349, NM_001071, BC001002, BC005838, AF081496, NM_004219, NM_000194 and AF352832. A microarray chip for determining 17-beta estradiol exposure contains DNA, cDNA, RNA, and complementary molecules of the genes. A method for determining exposure to 17-beta estradiol comprises a step of analyzing gene expression change of the markers in cells of a test sample.
