PURPOSE: A distributing board having an earth-quake-proof function is provided to prevent electrical leakage due to the damage of an apparatus in advance by preventing the damage to an internal electrical device. CONSTITUTION: An enclosure base(110) has an internal space. A door(120) is composed in the side of the enclosure base. An electrical apparatus(130) is installed inside the enclosure base. A fixing member(140) is fixed to the internal side of the enclosure base. A cable(150) interlinks a fixing member and the electrical apparatus. A buffer member(160) is composed between the rear side of electrical apparatus and the bottom of the enclosure base.
