PURPOSE: A culture medium composition for mushroom mycelia, a mushroom culturing method, and a producing method of laccase using thereof are provided to enable users to obtain the mushroom mycelia or higher fungus mycelia containing apple pomace components. CONSTITUTION: A culture medium composition for mushroom mycelia contains apple pomace or an apple pomace extract. Mushroom using the c ulture medium composition is pleurotus ostreatus. The culturing of the mushroom mycelia is proceeded for 5-20 days. A user can separate and refine laccase from the cultured mushroom.
