PURPOSE: A lemon tea composition containing citron, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the abundant amount of vitamin C contained in the citron to eaters. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a lemon tea composition containing citron comprises the following steps: slicing lemon after washing into the thickness of 6mm; mixing lemon juice and citron juice in a weight ratio or 2:1-1.5 to obtain a liquid material; mixing the lemon slices and the liquid material in a weight ratio of 10:1.5-2; and adding sugar into the mixture, and aging the mixture for 2-3 weeks in the shade. |
