PURPOSE: A solar cell with a crystalline semiconductor material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the efficiency of the solar cell by positioning crystalline semiconductor materials between amorphous materials and an electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first conductive type substrate is provided. An emitter unit(121) has a second conductive type which is opposite to the first conductive type and forms a p-n junction with the substrate. An electric filed unit(171) is separated from the emitter unit and has the first conductive type. A first electrode is electrically connected to the emitter unit. A second electrode(142) is electrically connected to the electric field unit. The emitter unit or electric field unit is comprised of a plurality of semiconductors with different crystalline structures.
