PURPOSE: An implant is provided to replace the role of the root of teeth by planting an implant in teethridge bone without teeth. CONSTITUTION: An implant is constituted as follows. In the implant, a tooth attachment part(3), a body(1), and a root(2) are integrated. In the lower part of the body, one or two implant roots are attached. In the top of the root, a driver hanging groove is attached. The teethridge bone is formed without holes. The root of the implant is planted while punching a hole.
