PURPOSE: A clamp for coupling panels and a concrete form using the same are provided to control an interval between a pair of panels, adjacently arranged each other, and simply couple the panels. CONSTITUTION: A clamp for coupling panels(100) comprises a first coupling unit, a second coupling unit, an interval regulation unit, and a rotation preventing unit. The first coupling unit is coupled to one side of a first panel. The second coupling unit is coupled to one side of a second panel arranging adjacently to the first panel. The interval regulating unit controls an interval between the first and second coupling units. A joining unit is jointed to one end of the interval regulating unit. The rotation preventing unit prevents a second main frame(121) of the second coupling unit from randomly rotating with respect to a first main frame(111) of the first coupling unit.
