<p>PURPOSE: A fluorescence resonance energy transfer-based microfluidic chip and a method for detecting a target genetic substance are provided to ensure high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting target nucleic acids in a sample using a microfluidic chip comprises; a step of introducing nucleic acid-containing sample and insertion dye into the microchannel of the microfluidic chip; a step of contacting the nucleic acid-containing sample and insertion dye with at least one solid supports in which an oligonucleotide-bioconjugated quantum dot-probe is fixed; and a step of sensing fluorescence property generated from the solid support. The microchannel is formed of polymers of rigidity or ductility.</p> |
