The stool (1) has plates (2, 3), where one of the plates is removable and adapted for being assembled with a main body (4) i.e. tube with square, rectangle or circular section. The plates include threads (9) for assembling the plates with the main body by screwing. The plates include guiding elements for positioning the plates with respect to the main body. The main body is an H, I or U profile comprising assembling plates (6, 7) at ends, where the main body is composed of assembled elements i.e. identical parts. An independent claim is also included for a method for positioning a stool used for force recovery beam.
