PURPOSE: A grommet mold device is provided to easily maintain a TPE(Thermo Plastic Elastomer) located near to a nozzle tip at a desired temperature by installing a heater closely to the nozzle tip. CONSTITUTION: A grommet mold device comprises a mold body(30) and a nozzle device(60). Cable grooves(34,34') are formed in the mold body. A cable forming one or less grommet is inserted into the cable groove. Grommet forming molds(32,32') are formed in a grommet forming location of the cable groove. The nozzle devices are arranged at gates of each grommet forming mold. The nozzle device injects the TPE of liquid to the gate of the grommet forming mold.
