<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the interfacial separation between a first exterior resin and a second exterior resin, in an electronic component in which an electronic component element is coated with two or more exterior resin layers. <P>SOLUTION: In a high-voltage resistor (electronic component) 100 of the present invention, an exterior resin is constituted of a first exterior resin 7 directly coating an electronic component element and a second exterior resin 8 coating the electronic component element via the first exterior resin.
