METHOD FOR DETECTING NUCLEIC ACID USING DNAZYME HAVING PEROXIDASE ACTIVITY

PURPOSE: A method for detecting nucleic acids using nuclease with peroxidase activity is provided to measure target nucleic acids and to check numerical result value. CONSTITUTION: A method for electrochemical detection of target nucleic acids using nuclease comprises: a step of amplifying the target nucleic acids using a forward primer and a reverse primer; a step of mixing the amplified product, enzyme with 5'-exonuclease activity, 4-chloronaphthol, hydrogen peroxide, hemin, and electron carrier and to applying to diagnostic electrode; and a step of measuring change of impedance to detect the target nucleic acids.
