The element has a hollow longeron (1) comprising side walls defining a longitudinal direction of the longeron at which parts e.g. support part (4) and wheel passage part (6), are fixed. The parts are shifted laterally with respect to each other by reference to the longitudinal direction of the longeron so that the longeron bends around a bending axis (10) of the longeron. A reinforcement part (7) is fixed at the longeron in fixing zones, so that the reinforcement part transmits part of the effort applied to the support and passage parts along a connecting direction.
