<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube container reducible in manufacturing cost by simplifying a manufacturing process compared with the prior art and easily coping with small lot multi-product production. <P>SOLUTION: The tube container 10 includes: a tube body 20 filled with the content; a discharge hole 25 opened to the tip of the tube body 20 to discharge the content; and a cap 30 covering the tip portion of the tube body 20 to block the discharge hole 25. A molding process of the tube container 10 includes performing mold closing of a core 40 and a primary cavity 50, injecting a synthetic resin into a clearance between them to injection-mold the tube body 20, then performing mold closing of a core and a secondary cavity 60 leaving the tube body 20, and injecting a synthetic resin into a clearance between them to injection-mold the cap 30 at the tip portion of the tube body 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
