<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control device for a fuel cell that can maintain the operational temperature range of the fuel cell in a predetermined temperature range without increasing the size of the device. <P>SOLUTION: A temperature control device for a fuel cell includes a power generation part 2 that generates power by air supply, generates heat in accordance with the power generation, and increases temperature by the heat.
