<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange two apparatuses and each harness intensively in a minimum space by eliminating a connector on the acceleration sensor side when a reference point and a vibration control force application point are identical in a vehicle vibration controller. <P>SOLUTION: In order to make a reference point P<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, i.e. a vibration control position in a body 81 of a vehicle, identical to a vibration control force application point P<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, i. e. a position in the body 81 where a vibration control force is generated, an actuator A and an acceleration sensor S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>are arranged at the identical position of the body 81 or a position considered to be identical. The acceleration sensor S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>is enclosed in a connector C<SB POS="POST">1</SB>of the actuator A to which a connector plug G of a power source line 34 of the actuator A is connected.
