<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently maintain airtightness by securing a plane state of a seal surface of a bobbin even when a die structure for resin molding is restricted. <P>SOLUTION: When an outer package resin part 5 and a connector part 6 are integrally resin-molded, a resin flowing in a gap of a die forming the outer package resin part 5 is stopped at a projection part forming a groove part 20 and does not project to a bobbin step part 1a ahead thereof.
