<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marker for screening of a cervix uteri cancer onset high-risk group with abnormal methylation of DNA as an indicator; and a method for screening the cervix uteri cancer onset high-risk group by detecting the marker. <P>SOLUTION: MIK1 and MIK2 are genes whose DNAs are methylated in a CpG region in a promoter region, and MIK3 is a gene whose DNA is demethylated in the CpG region in the promoter region.
