PURPOSE: An Al-Zn alloy for high-strength non-heat treated casting is provided to be used for a cellular phone by improving strength without heat treatment. CONSTITUTION: An Al-Zn alloy for high-strength non-heat treated casting comprises silicon 035-0.5 weight%, magnesium 0.55-0.9 weight%, copper 2.0-2.1 weight%, zinc 19.5-40.5 weight%, iron 0-0.6 weight%, manganese 0-0.2 weight%, nickel 0-0.05 weight%, titanium 0.03-0.05 weight%, inevitable impurities 0-0.05 weight%, and residual aluminum. |
