A photovoltaic/thermal equipment includes a photoelectric conversion assembly (1), a tube-sheet-type heat collecting assembly, a hot-air-collecting device and accessories. The photovoltaic/thermal equipment solves a problem of the working temperature of a solar cell panel being too high by utilizing a new material and a new process, therefore improves the efficiency of the photoelectric conversion.
